Job description

As part of a software development team, the Front-End Developer is responsible for creating, integrating, optimizing and maintaining the user interfaces of ParaSolution software. He/she masters both the technical implementation and the best practices in terms of interfaces and user experience (UI/UX).

Roles and responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Designer and Product Manager to design clear and intuitive user experiences that meet the needs of the customers and the business
• Perform analysis of specifications and mock-ups to ensure technical feasibility
• Perform design and development of powerful, robust and maintainable features
• Actively assist in the team's code review
• Write unit tests and ensure the highest development standards, following the software development lifecycle
• Use team collaboration to create innovative solutions in an efficient manner

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a front-end developer in a software development context
• Strong interest in UI, UX and user interface development
• Fluency in French and English
• Significant experience in web programming (front-end) - (Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, LESS, etc.)
• Working knowledge of various development frameworks (Angular, Typescript, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Responsive Web Design
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, etc. (Asset)
