Job Description

The position is an evolving position with varied tasks and responsibilities within the customer experience team. The incumbent will be responsible for opening service tickets and debugging support and optimization requests.

The incumbent will be responsible for importing data for clients, changing and customizing templates, correcting and modifying SQL queries and, if necessary, documenting procedures and other tools to help clients use ParaSolution.

The incumbent will also manage PCI’s internal network and hardware while having the opportunity to support the web development team. He/she must be bilingual and have a good knowledge of French and English to ensure professional communication (verbal and written) with all our clients.


The tasks to be performed are varied and may include :

  • Responding to customer emails and calls for support and optimization of ParaSolution
  • Following-up on external and internal customer requests through the JIRA application
  • Creating/modifying SQL queries
  • Importing data
  • Creating technical documentation of support and service processes
  • Any other related tasks


  • Minimum education: Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or an Attestation of College Studies (ACS) in computer science, IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and database management  
  • Knowledge of ticket management systems (JIRA, an asset)
  • Knowledge of server management
  • Knowledge of networking
  • Basic programming knowledge (HTML, CSS. Json, PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Great knowledge of French and English (written and oral)
  • Attention to detail


  • Full time position in the Province of Quebec
  • 40 hour per week (The team must be present between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm)
  • May be required to work overtime when necessary
