Business Continuity principles and practices are essential to building resilience in organizations. Reflecting the UK guidance to organizational resilience BS 65000 and current global thinking at an international level, this course will teach you how to develop effective resilience capabilities as well as a collaborative approach to organizational resilience between established management disciplines.
Module 1 - What is Organizational Resilience and Why Does it Matter: Define what it means to be resilient as an organization, and how it lives within different structures of organization, culture and governance, leadership and supply chain.
Module 2 – Building and Sustaining Resilience: Learn how to develop risk management capabilities through various concepts: life before, during and after an event, how to build sustain capability and the threats and consequences in a landscape.
During this workshop, you will obtain documentation and you will apply the concept. It will provide you with theoretical guidance and practical experience in dealing with a variety of incidents.

For the Introduction to organizational resilience, no prior knowledge is required.
