When our founder Isabelle Primeau first started the company in 1997, she had one idea in mind : making a difference in the Business Continuity field so organizations could be more prepared. Eddy Gallagher is an expert in sales and business development. A long-time partner of Premier Continuum, Eddy officially joined the team 5 years ago to bring his unique understanding of customer onboarding and experience. Having contributed to dozens of business continuity management programs for leading Québec clients, Marie-Hélène Boudreau-Picard, MBCI, AMU, CMCP, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, is specialized in major risk management, civil security and emergency measures. Her expertise in BC, her creativity and her keen understanding of crisis management and communication make her the ideal Director of Communications and Marketing to accompany PCI in its international growth.
