Job description

Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, your primary mandate will be to ensure the availability, security, and compliance of Premier Continuum’s technology infrastructure and services, in alignment with the organization’s established quality, service, and security standards.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining both internal and client servers, monitoring security logs and reports, and performing ongoing information security oversight. You will also contribute to maintaining and obtaining compliance and cybersecurity certifications.

You will have the opportunity to take an active role in user support and in the evolution of our technology products by participating in troubleshooting, tool development, and documentation updates. You will act proactively to strengthen the reliability and added value of the solutions offered by Premier Continuum.

Mission

Your responsabilities include:

• Administering, configuring, and maintaining internal and client servers.
• Performing security monitoring, incident tracking, and information security management activities.
• Monitoring logs and security/compliance reports, and applying required corrective measures.
• Developing, configuring, and documenting security controls, and participating in compliance audits.
• Installing and configuring IT, networking, automation, monitoring, and measurement equipment.
• Supporting employees and addressing their technology needs while ensuring high-quality service.
• Contributing to problem resolution, tool development, and technical support for users.
• Participating in the preparation of RFPs/RFIs related to technical, compliance, or security matters.
• Contributing to the evolution of technology products and continuous process improvement.
• Documenting and enhancing procedures and technical documentation.
• Intervening in production systems to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.
• Developing and documenting training and support materials.

Education/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in server and infrastructure management: Windows, networking, firewalls, proxy, Active Directory, Exchange, ACLs, phone systems, printers, Intune, VPN, Unify, Linux.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practices: SOC 2, ISO 27001, CCCS.
• Experience in database management: MS Access, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and SQL queries.
• Proficiency with tools and programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS, C#, XML, JSON, VB, Python, PowerShell, Batch scripting, Git, .NET, Jira.
• Proficiency with the following tools: Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI, Office 365.
• Strong written and spoken French and English skills.

Conditions:

• Permanent, full-time position – 37.5 hours per week
• Salary range between $67,000 and $99,000, based on experience
• May be required to work outside regular business hours when necessary
