BCI - Policy and Programme Management
Develop a robust methodology to create and manage a successful Business Continuity policy and programme for your organization
When implementing a policy and programme management, one of the first steps to do is to define how Business Continuity policies must be implemented through the ongoing cycle of activities of the programme. It is often where practitioners have to begin in any new role, and it is essential to regularly revisit and review it.
Take this course to expand YOUR abilities to identify key aspects of a successful policy and develop or revise one where required. You will also learn how to use the BC policy to create, implement and manage the BCM programme as a part of building and improving organizational resilience.
