BCI - Policy and Programme Management
Develop a robust methodology to create and manage a successful Business Continuity policy and programme for your organization
When implementing a policy and programme management, one of the first steps to do is to define how Business Continuity policies must be implemented through the ongoing cycle of activities of the programme.
