You will notably work with ParaSolution, our business continuity management software, which is globally recognized by industry analyst firms and review platforms such as Gartner, SoftwareReviews, and G2 as one of the leading solutions on the market.
Your role: help shape the future of ParaSolution
As part of our team, you will play a direct role in advancing ParaSolution, our award-winning business continuity and organizational resilience software. The platform helps organizations structure, automate and strengthen programs across business continuity, crisis management, IT disaster recovery, risk management and more.
You will help set product priorities, measure performance and turn customer and market needs into clear opportunities for growth and improvement.
Position overview
Reporting to the Product Manager, you will serve as a key link between users, business priorities and the teams shaping the future of ParaSolution.
You will help uncover the challenges faced by our clients and internal teams, identify and define product opportunities, and inform prioritization decisions. Your insights will help shape the roadmap and backlog around the organization’s strategic objectives and the value delivered to users.
You will also track product adoption and performance, monitor market trends and assess ParaSolution’s competitive positioning. Your work will help determine what should evolve, why it matters and where the product should go next.
Finally, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to bring product developments to market, translate ParaSolution’s capabilities into meaningful customer benefits and support go-to-market initiatives.
Responsibilities
Product discovery and requirements
- Gather and analyze requirements from internal teams and, when needed, from clients.
- Take part in discovery activities, including interviews, workshops and user journey analysis.
- Document product challenges and opportunities while ensuring alignment across ParaSolution and our different business lines.
Product priorities and delivery
- Contribute to product prioritization.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and keep the backlog organized and up to date.
- Track roadmap progress and help keep stakeholders aligned.
Product performance and user experience
- Monitor product adoption and usage through performance metrics and user feedback.
- Assess feature performance and identify barriers to adoption.
- Recommend improvements to the product and overall user experience.
Market intelligence and differentiation
- Monitor market trends and emerging customer needs.
- Analyze the features offered by competing and complementary solutions.
- Identify opportunities to evolve and further differentiate ParaSolution.
Product positioning and go-to-market support
- Translate product capabilities into clear, meaningful customer benefits.
- Help develop messaging and sales enablement materials for new features.
- Support product demonstrations, requests for proposals, benchmarking requests and the preparation of ParaSolution materials.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least two years of relevant experience and have developed the ability to analyze and structure requirements, coordinate multiple workstreams and produce clear documentation.
- You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written. This is required to contribute to requests for proposals, prepare documentation and communicate with prospects and clients across Canada.
- You communicate and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders from a range of professional backgrounds.
- You are independent and proactive: you know how to find the information you need, suggest ideas and improvements, and keep your work moving forward in an evolving environment.
- You are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
- An experience in the technology sector, product marketing or a product-related role is considered an asset.
- Experience using Jira is an asset.

Working conditions
- Permanent, full-time position — 37.5 hours per week
- Annual salary of $60,000 to $75,000, based on experience
- Occasional work outside regular business hours may be required
