Yes. We offer support in French, English, Spanish, and German, and we continue to expand our capabilities to better support organizations in international markets.
Premier Continuum has nearly 30 years of experience in business continuity and organizational resilience, and ParaSolution has been available since 2002. Our expansion in the Spanish-speaking market began several years ago, and we have worked with organizations in more than 10 countries, including Latin America.
We also have internal Spanish-speaking support and are actively developing partnerships in the region, especially in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Peru.
Training
Yes. To ensure a high-quality learning experience built on interaction, discussion, and knowledge sharing, all of our courses require a minimum of two participants to run.
If a course does not reach the minimum number of participants, we will inform you approximately 10 calendar days before the scheduled start date. You will then have the option to transfer your registration to a future session or receive a full refund.
Yes. If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the course start date, you may choose between a full refund or a transfer to a later session. If you cancel fewer than 7 calendar days before the course, you may still transfer your registration to another date or receive a 50% refund.
Course materials are typically shared between 10 and 7 calendar days before the training begins. This gives participants time to review key content in advance and arrive better prepared to make the most of the learning experience.
Payment is not mandatory at the time of registration, although we strongly recommend completing it as early as possible to secure your place with peace of mind. Full payment must be received at least 15 calendar days before the course start date.
We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer. If your organization has specific invoicing, procurement, or payment requirements, our team will be happy to help facilitate the process.
Our courses are generally delivered from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET for French sessions and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET for English sessions, although schedules may vary depending on the format or course structure. Whenever possible, we also take participants’ time zones into consideration to create a more accessible and seamless learning experience.
Our virtual courses are delivered through Microsoft Teams or Zoom. We use trusted, user-friendly platforms that support a smooth and interactive experience, allowing participants to focus fully on learning, discussion, and practical application.
Yes. Your instructor will usually be confirmed 7 to 10 calendar days before the training begins. That said, to ensure continuity and maintain the quality of the learning experience, another qualified instructor may step in if needed.

Yes. BCI members receive a 5% discount on eligible training courses. To learn how to apply this discount to your registration, please contact education@premiercontinuum.com.
Yes. We offer group discounts for organizations registering multiple participants in the same course:
• 5% for groups of 3 to 9 participants
• 10% for groups of 10 or more participants
This is an excellent option for teams looking to strengthen internal capabilities, build shared knowledge, and develop a more consistent resilience culture across the organization.
No. Discounts are not cumulative. When more than one discount may apply, the most advantageous single discount should be selected.

Yes. Premier Continuum delivers BCI courses in-person for organizations seeking a more immersive, high-impact learning experience.
