Event description
ParaSolution's notification module plays a crucial role in the effective management of crisis communications and processes within your organization.
Thanks to this module, you can :
- Alert/mobilize the various crisis management teams and relevant administrative units
- Manage a crisis without access to a computer
- Access alternative messaging (ParaMail) anytime, anywhere
- Create a telephone bridge for recipients
- Send a short survey to find out the status of recipients
- Pre-program messages and recipients to quickly send by e-mail (business and/or personal), phone (office, cell, home) and/or text message
In this 1-hour session, we will explore ParaSolution's notification module in detail through two use cases: a simple one, followed by a more complex one.
Our team will also share practical tips for customizing and optimizing your notifications, and address questions frequently asked by users.
You'll have the opportunity to discuss your challenges and collaborate with other members of the ParaSolution community, while benefiting from the expertise of our experienced consultants!
