Montreal, August 22, 2025 — We are thrilled to announce that Premier Continuum has won the Collaboration in Resilience Award at the 2025 BCI Americas Awards. This international recognition highlights the strength of our multidisciplinary initiative—the Risk Intelligent Watch Task Force—which launched our first AI-powered innovation in our BCM software ParaSolution.

For over 25 years, we have supported hundreds of public and private organizations through consulting services, specialized educational training (BCI only training partner in North America), and our BCM SaaS, ParaSolution. Our innovative approach and ability to adapt to emerging threats makes us a leader in the industry.
In January 2024, we took a major step forward by launching a bold artificial intelligence (AI) initiative. We brought together the passion and expertise of over 50 business continuity consultants, postgraduate students, AI and software developers, internationally recognized AI researchers, and engaged client collaborators – called the Intelligent Risk Watch Task Force.
The Intelligent Risk Watch Task Force is the impact of a strategic collaboration in Montreal, a thriving technological ecosystem and global hub for artificial intelligence. It brought together experts from Premier Continuum, the Mila research center, the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQÀM) and CRIM (Computer Research Institute of Montreal).

Focused on analyzing external alerts, threats, and signals, the goal of the Intelligent Risk Watch Task was to deliver real-time strategic insights that enhance resilience and decision-making. In today’s world, enabling early identification of critical threats improves strategic decision-making and strengthens organizational resilience.
Throughout the project, more than 135,00 monthly news items were monitored and analyzed through our collective lens. By turning this overwhelming flow of information into clear, actionable intelligence—made available directly through ParaSolution—we delivered a decisive leap forward in helping organizations worldwide anticipate, plan, and manage incidents. This transformation positioned ParaSolution as a true decision-support tool, empowering leaders to act with speed and confidence in critical moments.
And because trust is at the heart of resilience, we integrated AI into ParaSolution from the very beginning with a secure-by-design approach. Our solution is ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 et SOC2 Type2 certified, ensuring that our users benefit from the highest standards of information security.
In conclusion, by embedding ethics at every step, we created an energizing environment where disciplines thrived together. That spirit of collaboration has become a great strength in advancing resilience, marking our AI module both practitioner-driven and user-centric.
