OUR PROMISE

Do you enjoy variety and want to work on multiple business continuity programs?

At Premier Continuum, you will gain a wide range of experience without having to change employers. You will support organizations across different industries and at various levels of maturity, on engagements ranging from business impact analysis and continuity strategies to exercises, crisis management, and program improvement.

‍

Would you like to work alongside other business continuity and resilience professionals with whom you can exchange ideas and share your expertise?

You will join a team of specialized consultants you can rely on to challenge your approaches and continue learning. Our engagements are also carried out in pairs to encourage knowledge sharing, enrich discussions, and ensure better continuity of service.

‍

Are you looking for greater flexibility to better balance your professional and personal life?

Here, you will benefit from flexible working hours, with the ability to adapt your schedule based on your needs and those of your engagements. Remote work is also part of our culture, with an in-office presence of approximately once every two weeks. This gives you greater flexibility in organizing your day-to-day life while still providing opportunities to connect with your colleagues in person.

‍

YOUR ROLE

As an Organizational Resilience and Business Continuity Consultant, you will take part in a variety of client projects across different industries and levels of maturity. You will apply your expertise to analyze their challenges, structure the approaches to be implemented, and advise them throughout your engagements.

Your role will involve both putting your expertise to work for your clients and continuing to develop it. Each engagement will expose you to new contexts, new challenges, and different ways of working.

And to help you succeed, you will be able to rely on:

  • A team of recognized experts in the field. You will join a team of 10 professionals specializing in business continuity and organizational resilience, with complementary backgrounds and areas of expertise. You will be able to draw on their knowledge, exchange ideas about your practices, and continue developing your own expertise.
  • Concrete opportunities to continue developing your expertise. Each member of our consulting team completes an average of 3 to 4 training courses per year, many of which are selected based on their professional needs and interests. Training costs are covered by PCI, and every new team member completes the CBCI course, among others.
  • Expertise built over nearly 30 years. Premier Continuum has been supporting organizations in business continuity for nearly three decades. This experience has allowed us to continuously develop and enhance our methodologies, practices, and tools, which our consultants can rely on throughout their engagements.
